A tremendous amount of artistic talent lies at all of our fingertips via the Web.  Every artistic medium, classic and contemporary, is represented.  Furthermore, due to the egalitarian nature of the Internet, an artist's notoriety no longer has bearing on whether he is accessible to the general public.  Due to the limited exposure offered by individual galleries and small arts and craft markets, almost all artists are building websites.  It would be a monumental task to try and compile anything remotely comprehensive, so I'll endeavor to offer just a small sampling of some very interesting sites.
